Positive: El departamento está impecable, moderno y hecho a nuevo. Todo impecable. Muy buena ubicación a unas 8 cuadras de la playa, cerca de la 5 avenida y en un barrio espectacular.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Familie, alles Top!
Positive: Tolle Lage und Unterkunft. Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet. Pool zum abkühlen ausreichend.
Top Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Negative: Lüftungsanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut.

Very happy with the stay!
Positive: Location
Negative: Th A/C at first didn’t work, the first two days no response via the Booking.com app - only after a phone call. The A/C was eventually repaired.

Good stay, but
Positive: Good area, a few blocks from 5th Ave and beach. The property has everything you need - good surprise there were beach chairs and a sun umbrella too.
Negative: If the mold smell doesn’t bother you, it is a good stay. We tried everything to change the smell, even frying fish. Nothing worked. Not sure if the other apartments have the same problem, but 805 definitely needs mold treatment.
