We may update the Services at any time without notice, provided such updates do not affect confirmed reservations.

3. Bookings and Payments

A booking is confirmed once payment is received and approved.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store full credit card data.

Guests are responsible for taxes, cleaning fees, and other charges shown at checkout.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by property. Refunds, if applicable, go to the original payment method.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Follow house rules, occupancy limits, and local regulations.

Treat the property with care and report any damage promptly.

Owners contracting LuxStays must:

Keep properties guest-ready and uphold cleanliness standards.

Honor all confirmed bookings.

Owner-specific terms are outlined in a separate Management Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, and branding are the property of LuxStays Vacations LLC or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. User Conduct

Users may not:

Use the site for illegal or fraudulent activities.

Upload malicious code or disrupt functionality.

Scrape or republish property data for commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

LuxStays is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

We are not responsible for third-party platform issues or events beyond our control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxStays Vacations LLC, its affiliates, and employees from claims resulting from:
